How to use social media well? Ask ikea!

Really loving this  recent campaign by  Forsman & Bodenfors in  Sweden, launched in October 2009!  Their creative challenge was to engage people during the opening of a new store in Malmo!

What inspires me about this campaign is not that they used Facebook, and not that they gave away prizes ( we all know consumers love freebies ) but the creative method in which they engaged the facebook audience! It certainly created a ripple effect that they wanted to achieve.
